How to Export Your Data

1. Overview
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a portable, machine-readable format. You can download your data yourself from your OurClub account settings, or ask us to send it to you. This page explains both routes and what the export contains.
2. Download it yourself
If you can sign in, you can export your data instantly:
- Sign in to your club.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- In the Download my data section, select Download my data.
- Your browser downloads a JSON file (
my-data-YYYY-MM-DD.json) containing a copy of your data.
3. Request a copy by email
If you cannot sign in — or you would prefer us to prepare the export for you — email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your request and provide your data within 30 days, in line with the UK GDPR.
4. What the export includes
The export is a single JSON file covering the personal data linked to your account:
- your profile (name, email address, phone number, contact preferences, and the date you joined);
- the family members on your account, including their names, dates of birth, addresses, contact details, next-of-kin information, and medical notes;
- your subscriptions and their status;
- the club policies you have consented to;
- the community posts and comments you have authored;
- the messages you have sent in conversations.
Payment and card details are held by our payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored by OurClub, so they are not part of this export. You can request your payment history directly from your club.
5. Using your export
