Event ticketing software for clubs replaces the cash tin and the guest list on the back of an envelope. You know how many seats are sold and who is coming before the day.
How it works
Admins and coaches create the event on the web with a date, venue, capacity and optional photo gallery. Ticket types, each with its own price and allocation, are set up in the app, along with an optional public page.
Every seat has a named attendee. On the day, staff scan QR codes at the door or print a register.
Common questions
- Can guests buy tickets without an account?
- Yes, if you allow guest tickets. They buy from the public event page and get their ticket by email with a QR code.
- Can I protect the public page?
- Yes. You can set a password, and visitors must enter it before the page or checkout opens.
- Can I refund a ticket?
- Yes. Admins refund a single seat, and the rest of the order stays valid.
