Martial arts club management software
Karate on a Monday, kickboxing on a Thursday and a grading at the end of term - OurClub runs the dojo end to end, with belts and association licences on the record, subs collected without a reminder, and the register taken at the door.

- 01
One dojo, several arts
A club rarely teaches one thing. Each art gets its own classes, capacities and prices on the same timetable, and a student training in two of them is one member record, not two.
- 02
Belts, sashes, kyu and dan
Build the syllabus your association actually grades to, record promotions against it, and let every student see the grade they hold and what the next one asks for. Grading fees collect through the same checkout as the subs.
- 03
Licences, and the month they all lapse
Association licences and licence pools sit against the membership, with renewals surfaced before the deadline rather than the week a competition entry closes.
- 04
The standing order that never went up
Rolling memberships by card or Bacs Direct Debit instead: raise a price once and it applies to everyone, failed payments retry on their own, and arrears show up while they are still a week old.
No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%
Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.
Common questions
We teach more than one art. Does that work under one club?
Yes. Each art is its own class type with its own capacity, price and booking rules, and they all sit on one timetable. A student who does karate and kickboxing books both from the same app and appears once on your member list.
Our grades and licences are our association’s, not yours. Does that fit?
It has to. You build the belt ladder yourself - colours, kyu numbers, sashes, levels, whatever the syllabus says - and record gradings against it. Association licences and licence pools sit on the same record, with expiries flagged before a competition entry rather than after.
What does it cost for a martial arts club?
There is no monthly fee. You pay one all-in percentage of what you process - subs, grading fees, the club shop - with card and transaction costs included. Nothing leaves the club until money has come into it.
