Membership subscription software stops you chasing fees every month. Members pay on repeat, and you see who is up to date and who is not.
How it works
Admins create subscription plans on the web. Members subscribe and pay online. They can pause, and change plan from the app or the web. Upgrades take effect straight away and downgrades start at the next billing date, shown on the subscription as a pending change.
Admins can cancel or move a member to another plan from the member's Financials page.
Common questions
- Can members change their own plan?
- Yes. An upgrade starts immediately. A downgrade starts at their next billing date.
- Can members pause a subscription?
- Yes. Members pause from the app or the web, and admins manage every pause from one page.
- Can I change a plan's price?
- Yes. You can change the price from the plan's edit screen, and schedule the change for later.
