Switching questions.
How long does switching take?
Most clubs are live within a week of sending their export. Your club is provisioned in draft instantly, the import lands in hours, and the rest is you checking the details and picking a launch date.
What happens to my members’ payments?
Members securely re-authorise their payment the first time they log in - card or Bacs Direct Debit through Stripe. You choose the switchover date, so nobody gets double-billed.
Does the migration cost anything?
No. The import and setup help are free, and OurClub has no monthly fee - your only cost is a small share of what you process.
What if I run everything on spreadsheets?
Perfect - a CSV of your members is all we need to get started. Everything else you build up in OurClub as you go.
