How it helps your club
Family discounts for clubs reward households who bring several people, and make it easier to keep them. Subsidies let you support a member who needs it without changing the plan for everyone.
How it works
Admins set tiers on the web, such as a percentage off once a household has a certain number of members. Choose whether the discount is off, suggested to you, or applied automatically.
Subsidies are set per member, with dates and a note explaining why. The subsidies page adds them up so you see the monthly cost.
Common questions
- How do household discounts work?
- You set tiers by the number of members in a household, each with a percentage. You can switch the feature off, have it suggest the discount, or apply it automatically.
- What is a subsidy?
- A discount you give a particular member. It has a type, a duration, a scope, start and end dates and a note.
- Can I see what it costs?
