How it helps your club
Coach qualification tracking replaces the folder of certificates and the calendar reminder you set and forget. You see who is qualified, and you are told before something runs out.
How it works
Admins add accreditations to a coach's record, with an expiry date where there is one. Coaches can add their own from the app. You choose, for each type of accreditation, whether members can see it.
Members can see a Coaching Team page showing the coaches and the accreditations you have made visible.
Common questions
- Does OurClub check that a qualification is genuine?
- No. Accreditations are records your club keeps. OurClub does not verify them with the issuing body.
- Will I be reminded when something expires?
- Yes. OurClub sends expiry reminders for accreditations that have an expiry date.
- Can coaches add their own?
- Yes. Coaches can add their own accreditations from the app.
