How it helps your club
Club member management software puts everything about a person in one place, so you stop switching between a spreadsheet, a payments dashboard and an inbox. Open a member and you see their family, their subscriptions, their grades and what they have paid.
How it works
The Users page lists everyone in your club. Open a member to see their circle, subscriptions, grades and licences, and to change their details or role. Financials shows their money in one view.
You can import a CSV to invite people, export your list as CSV, Excel or PDF, and archive anyone who leaves. Admins can also manage members from the app.
Common questions
- Can I import my existing member list?
- Yes. You can import a CSV of names and emails to invite people, and the Import data tool handles families and medical notes with a dry run first.
- Can I see what a member has paid?
- Yes. A member's Financials page lists their subscriptions, payments, wallet and refund requests, and you can refund a paid item from there.
- What happens when I archive a member?
- Archiving cancels their payments and subscriptions, clears any account credit, revokes their current licences (and any lapsed one still holding a pooled number) and switches off their login. You can unarchive them later, but billing and licences do not come back on their own.
