How it helps your club
Online member registration means you stop typing in names from emails and paper forms. People find your club and join themselves, and you keep control by approving the ones you want.
How it works
Admins switch on Self Registration from the Features page. Anyone who joins is created as a member. With approval required, the request appears for an admin to accept or decline, and the person is held in a waiting state until then.
The feature is off by default, and your club has to be live for it to work.
Common questions
- Can I approve people before they join?
- Yes. Switch on require approval and each request waits for an admin. Until it is approved, the person cannot book or take other actions.
- Do I have to be live to use it?
- Yes. Self registration only works once your club has launched.
- What role do new sign-ups get?
- Always member. Coaches and admins are only ever set by an existing admin.
