How it helps your club
Automatic class reminders cut the no-shows that leave a coach waiting with a half-empty room. Members and parents get a nudge without you or your coaches sending anything.
How it works
Admins switch on Class Reminders on the Features page. OurClub then checks for classes coming up and sends a reminder before each class to the booked member's account holder, so parents are reminded for their children.
The feature is off by default.
Common questions
- Who gets the reminder?
- The account holder for each booked member. A parent therefore gets the reminder for their child.
- Do I send them by hand?
- No. Once the feature is on, OurClub checks for upcoming classes every hour and sends the reminders itself.
- Is this the same as the Remind me button in the app?
- No. The Remind me button sets an alert on the member's own phone. Class reminders are sent by OurClub to everyone booked.
