How it helps your club
Fixture management for clubs replaces the group chat where you ask who is available and lose track of the replies. You see who has said yes, who has pulled out and who has not answered.
How it works
Admins and coaches save teams as named squads. For a fixture, a coach adds the matches, picks starters and reserves, and publishes it. Members get an invitation and confirm or pull out.
Coaches are told when someone pulls out. Members see the fixtures they are picked for under My fixtures. Fixtures are off by default.
Common questions
- How do members respond to a fixture?
- They confirm or pull out in the app or on the web. A parent can answer for the members they manage.
- Can coaches see everything about a member?
- No. Coaches see a squad member's name and position, never contact or medical details.
- Can I collect match fees?
- Yes. A coach can set a per-match sub or a team entry fee, split between the confirmed members, and request payment.
