How it works
Admins build a form from eight field types and keep it as a draft until it is ready. Opening it makes it available, and closing it stops new responses.
A form can be open to members only or to the public. Members and parents fill it in from the app or the web.
Common questions
- What kinds of questions can a form ask?
- Short text, long text, number, date, yes or no, single choice, multiple choice and a signature.
- Is the signature legally verified?
- No. It is a mark the person draws on screen. It is not a verified electronic signature.
- Who can fill a form in?
- You choose between members only and public. A parent answers only for the members the form is aimed at.
