How it helps your club
Member licence tracking replaces the spreadsheet of licence numbers and renewal dates. You see who holds a licence on each member's record, and you collect the fee through the same system you already use for payments.
How it works
Admins add a licence to a member's profile. The licence fee goes to the member as a quick payment, which they pay online, or which you mark as settled if they hand over cash.
Members and parents see the licence in My Circle. The feature is off by default.
Common questions
- Does OurClub connect to my governing body?
- No. Licensing is a record kept by your club, plus a way to collect the fee. It does not check anything with a governing body.
- Can members see their own licence?
- Yes. Members see their licences in My Circle, and a parent sees their children's.
- Who is this for?
- Any club whose members need a licence, which is most common in martial arts. Switch it on from the Features page if you need it.
