How it helps your club
Coaches tend to write training plans in a notes app and send them over WhatsApp. Then nobody can find the latest version. With training programme software for clubs, you write the plan once and assign it to the members who need it. Fix a typo or change a session and every one of them sees the update.
Members get a notification when a programme is assigned to them. They can read it in the app whenever they like, without digging through a group chat.
How it works
Write a programme on the web dashboard or in the app, either as text or as an uploaded PDF, and mark it as training or diet. Then assign it to a member with a start date and an optional end date. You can do that from the web or from Member Management in the app. When the end date passes, the programme drops off the member's list. You can also end it early.
Members can tag their Progress Journal entries with the programme they're following, so they can look back and see what they did on each plan.
Common questions
- Can members read their programme on their phone?
- Yes. Members open it in the OurClub app under Hub, then My Programmes. Parents see the programmes assigned to their children there too.
- Can I assign a diet plan to a junior member?
- No. Diet programmes can only go to members aged 18 or over. Training programmes can go to anyone.
- What happens when I edit a programme someone is already following?
- Everyone assigned to it sees the new version straight away. You choose whether they get a notification about the change.
