How it helps your club
A club waiting list stops you keeping names on scraps of paper and in your inbox. When a space opens you know who was next, and you can contact them from one list.
How it works
Your club has a public waiting list page. Anyone can add themselves. Staff see the queue in the app or on the web and can reorder it, convert a person into a member, or decline them.
Admins switch the feature on from the Features page. It is off by default.
Common questions
- Is this the same as a class waiting list?
- No. This is a queue of people who are not members yet. Class waiting lists hold members for a full class.
- Can I change the order of the queue?
- Yes. Staff can reorder the list, convert someone into a member, or decline them.
- Where do people sign up?
- On a public page at /waiting-list. They do not need an account.
