Partners share a household account and one card, and each keeps their own medals, bookings and login. If they stop dancing together, neither of them loses their history.

Three different things at three different prices on one timetable. A couple taking a private half-hour before the Tuesday class books both in the same place, and the open floor night nobody teaches still takes a register.

Medal tests are a ladder like any other. Set yours out, take the entry fee with the entry, and put the result on the dancer’s record the same week rather than in a book behind the desk.

The first Friday social
A social night is an event with its own tickets and its own door list. Regulars buy in advance, anyone turning up buys on their phone at the door, and nobody is running a float or counting a tin at eleven o’clock.

Our dancers come as couples. Does that work?
A couple is a household here: one account and one card, two records. Both partners’ bookings, medals and payments sit under the same login, and if they stop dancing together each keeps their own history.
We take a lot of cash. Do we have to take cards?
No - a school can run in offline payment mode, where OurClub keeps the members, classes, attendance and messages and stays out of the money entirely. Turning card payments on later is a setting, not a move.
What does it cost for a ballroom school?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. A quiet month between medal seasons is charged like a quiet month.
