Personal trainer client management software

Blocks of sessions, a diary that moves on a Sunday night, and clients who are not members of anything - OurClub was built for clubs, and a trainer working alone uses three parts of it: the blocks, the payment requests and the app the client already has.

  1. 01

A block of ten, spent one at a time

Sell the block up front and it sits as credit on the client’s account, drawn down as each session is booked. What is left is on screen for both of you, so nobody is counting back through a calendar to settle whether two sessions are owing or three.

  2. 02

One client, one hour, one place

A one-to-one is a session with a single place, so the Tuesday seven o’clock is either taken or it is not. Small groups cap at four or six the same way, and a cancellation reaches the client’s phone instead of a text you send from the car.

  3. 03

    A sole trader’s money, not a committee’s

No monthly software bill to carry through a quiet January. Anything outside a block - a one-off session, a programme, a late cancellation - goes out as a named payment request the client settles on their phone, and the payout lands in your own bank.

  4. 04

The app your client already has

Your clients get what a three-hundred-member club gets: their sessions, their payments, the policies they have signed and a message thread with you. There is no spreadsheet to keep and no group chat to moderate.

No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%

Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.

Common questions

I work for myself. Is this not built for clubs?

It is, and most of it you will never switch on. What a trainer working alone uses is the diary, the session blocks and the payment requests, with the committee, licensing and grading side left off. Nothing here needs a second person to run it.

My clients buy blocks of sessions, not a monthly membership. Does that work?

Yes - a block is paid for once and drawn down a session at a time, with the balance on screen for both of you. A client who would rather pay monthly sits on a rolling plan alongside them.

What does it cost for a personal trainer?

No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. No software bill arrives in a fortnight when you have taken no money.
