Muay Thai gym management software
Beginner courses, clinch and sparring sessions, fight camps and interclubs - OurClub runs the gym’s memberships, timetable and payments so coaches can hold pads instead of chasing subs.

- 01
Timetables with levels built in
Beginners, intermediates, advanced sparring and fighters’ sessions each get their own capacity, price and booking rules. Invite-only sessions stay invite-only.
- 02
Fight camps and interclubs
Camp blocks and interclub events sell alongside rolling memberships, with tickets, capacity and the register handled the same way as classes.
- 03
Grading, if your gym grades
Some gyms run armbands or khan gradings, some none at all. The grading ladder is per-club and optional - model yours or ignore it entirely.
- 04
Memberships that collect themselves
Members pay by card or Bacs Direct Debit on a rolling plan; when a payment fails it retries on its own, and the money lands in the gym’s account on Stripe’s rolling payout schedule.
No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%
Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.
Common questions
Can we run invite-only sparring and fighters’ sessions?
Yes - classes can be capped, restricted or invite-only, so the fighters’ session stays for fighters while open classes self-book from the app.
Do gradings work for Muay Thai armband systems?
The grading ladder is fully configurable, so khan or armband systems model exactly - or, if your gym does not grade, you simply never turn it on.
What does it cost for a Muay Thai gym?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. A quiet month between camps costs next to nothing.
