Eight reformers is eight places
The equipment class stops at the number of machines on the floor. The mat class in the same room does not, and carries its own price - two caps and two prices on one timetable, with a waiting list holding the order when the reformer hour fills.

A referral, an assessment, then a class
A client sent by a physio joins from a link in the referral letter and signs the forms and consents you require before they arrive. The first one-to-one assessment is a session with a single place and its own price, booked the same way as the class that follows it.

A pause, not a cancellation
Pregnancy, surgery, or a scan that has not come back yet - billing stops for a fixed window or open-endedly, the client keeps their record and their place, and it picks up when they are ready. Nobody has to be deleted and added again.

Run by the people teaching in it
Most of the admin happens between classes on a phone: take the register, see who is booked tomorrow, tell everyone the studio is shut on the Bank Holiday. None of it waits for a laptop and a free afternoon.

Common questions
Our reformer classes cap at eight and the mat classes do not. Can both sit on one timetable?
Yes - capacity is set per class, so the reformer hour stops at the machines you own while the mat class in the same room takes whoever fits. They carry their own prices too.
Clients reach us from physios one at a time. How do they join?
From a link you can put in an email or a referral letter, completing the forms and consents you require before the first session. Nobody has to be typed in by hand, and nothing waits for the start of a term.
What does it cost for a pilates studio?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. A studio billing eighty clients is charged on eighty clients, with no minimum to reach first.
