Diving club management software
A handful of divers on one board, dryland before the water, and pool time that belongs to somebody else - OurClub keeps a small diving club’s timetable, caps and subs straight without asking for a full-time administrator.

- 01
A cap per board, not per pool
A session takes only the divers one coach can safely have on a board. Set that number and booking stops there, rather than at whatever the pool would physically hold.
- 02
Pool hours you do not own
Board time comes out of somebody else’s lane booking, so the timetable carries only the hours you actually hold. Move a session or lose the deep end for a week, and everyone booked gets a push notification that evening.
- 03
Dryland counts as training too
Dryland, dry board and pool sessions each sit on the timetable with their own capacity and price, so a diver books the whole week rather than the wet half of it.
- 04
The skills sheet, out of the notebook
Define the club’s own skill ladder and record an assessment the day it happens. A diver or a parent can then see where they are without waiting to catch a coach at the end of a session.
No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%
Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.
Common questions
Our sessions are capped by what one coach can safely supervise. Does booking respect that?
Yes - every session carries its own capacity, booking closes when it is full, and anyone else joins the waiting list for a manager to assign as places free up.
We share the pool with the swimming club. Can the timetable cope with that?
Yes - you publish only the hours you actually hold. When a session moves or the deep end goes for a week, everyone booked gets a push notification instead of a message passed down a group chat.
What does it cost for a diving club?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. A squad of thirty divers pays a squad-of-thirty amount, and there is no minimum.
