Rugby union club management software
Minis and juniors on a Sunday morning, the senior XVs on a Saturday, and a committee that would rather be in the clubhouse - OurClub collects season subs and match fees, registers every age grade, and keeps coaching awards and DBS checks current across the whole club.
- 01
Minis, juniors and senior rugby in one club
Tag through to colts, the senior XVs, and touch in the summer - each age grade with its own sessions, capacity and price, and one set of membership records behind all of it.
- 02
Season subs and match fees
Collect the season’s subs monthly by Bacs Direct Debit, and take match fees, tour instalments and festival entries through the same checkout, so the treasurer reconciles one payout instead of six collections.

First aid sits next to the coaching award
It is a contact sport, so the first aid certificate and concussion awareness matter as much as the coaching award. Each is logged against the volunteer with expiry reminders, and exportable when an age-grade audit asks for them. Match officials come through the referee society, not the club.

A committee-sized amount of admin
Registers, arrears, forms and a waiting list without a spreadsheet, and messaging to parents that runs under safeguarding controls.
No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%
Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.
Common questions
Can the mini and junior section run separately from the senior club?
Yes - each age grade and each senior side gets its own sessions, prices and registers, while the committee keeps one view of membership, arrears and records across the whole club.
We have to evidence coaching awards and DBS checks. Does that fit?
Yes - coaching awards, first aid, concussion awareness and DBS checks are recorded per volunteer with expiry reminders, and the records export when an age-grade audit asks for them.
What does it cost for a rugby union club?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. The summer off-season costs next to nothing.
