Common questions
Can we model mon, kyu and dan grades?
Yes - the grading ladder is yours to define, junior and senior ladders included. Promotions are recorded against it and members see their history in the app.
Most of our members are children. How does safeguarding work?
Role-based messaging controls decide who can contact whom, parent accounts sit alongside junior members, and policies are published for acceptance. Safeguarding is core, not an add-on.
What does it cost for a judo club?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. Small clubs pay proportionally small amounts; there is no minimum.
