Squash club management software
Four courts, forty-five minutes a slot, and a booking diary that is most of the club’s administration - OurClub runs the court slots, the membership tiers and the monthly boxes, so the court somebody drops at five is being played on at six.

- 01
Four courts, and every hour of them
Each court hour is a slot with its own capacity and price, so a six o’clock in January and an eleven on a Tuesday morning are not sold on the same terms. Everything the club has to sell sits on one screen.
- 02
A cancelled slot goes to the next player
A dropped court is the scarcest thing the club owns going to waste. The managers are told the moment it frees and hand it to whoever is waiting for that hour, while there is still time for them to get there.
- 03
The boxes, where everyone can see them
Draw the month’s boxes however you always have, then post them to the whole club and they arrive on every phone the same evening. Promotions and results stop living on a sheet in the corridor that only Tuesday players read.
- 04
Off-peak, full, and racketball too
Each membership carries what it is actually entitled to, and the peak evenings can be held for the members paying peak prices. Racketball players use the same courts on their own plan.
No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%
Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.
Common questions
The court diary is most of what we administer. Does it handle slots?
Yes - each court hour is a slot with its own capacity and price, so a six o’clock and an eleven in the morning are not sold on the same terms. When a member cancels, a manager passes the slot to the next name rather than leaving the court dark.
Our boxes change every month. Does the club have to run them in here?
No - you draw the boxes however you always have, then post them to the whole club and everyone has them on their phone the same evening. The corridor noticeboard stops being the only place the new month exists.
What does it cost for a squash club?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. Court fees and subs are charged the same way and land in the same payout.
