Padel club management software
Three courts, doubles only, and most of the people playing on them have never joined a club in their lives - OurClub sells the slot to whoever turns up, holds the regular four’s Tuesday night, and fills the socials in between.

- 01
Most of your players will never join
A single slot sells through the same checkout as a monthly plan, so somebody playing twice a month pays for two sessions and nothing more. They are on the system either way, which is what makes the next booking quick.
- 02
The Tuesday four, booked to Christmas
A block carries its own dates, price and capacity, paid once and held for the run. As it comes to an end the same four re-book before the slot goes back on open sale.
- 03
Socials that make up the fours
An americano fills with players who arrived on their own, so the night needs a cap, a waiting list once it is full, and everyone told the moment the format or the court changes. All three come with the session.
- 04
A venue with staff, not a committee
Front desk staff sign in to the day’s bookings and registers and nothing else - not the members’ contact details, not the payouts, not the bank. Those stay with whoever runs the business.
No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%
Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.
Common questions
Most of the people on our courts will never take out a membership. Does that matter?
No - a single slot sells through the same checkout as a monthly plan, so somebody who plays twice a month pays for two sessions and nothing else. If you add a membership later, those players are already on the system.
Can a regular four hold the same slot every week?
Yes - sell it as a block with its own dates, price and capacity, paid once and held for the run. They re-book the next block before it opens to everybody else, which is how the Tuesday four stays the Tuesday four.
What does it cost for a padel club?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included, tapering as volume grows. A venue selling court time from seven in the morning is the shape that percentage was built for.
