The affiliate fee lands whether January was good or not. Nothing here puts a second one beside it: no monthly charge, one all-in percentage of what you take, so a quiet month is a small bill and a busy one has paid for itself.

Members check themselves in on the way past the whiteboard, so attendance is a record rather than a coach’s impression. Who has not been in for thirty days is a report you can run in February, not something you work out in March when the cancellation arrives.

In-house comps and the charity WOD
A throwdown, a bring-a-friend Saturday or a hero workout for a charity sells tickets through the same checkout as membership. The entry money is counted before the day instead of collected in cash on it.

We run open gym alongside the classes. Does that fit on the same timetable?
Yes - open gym is a session like any other, with a bigger cap and nobody coaching it, and it still takes a register. You get to see who was in the building rather than only who was in a class.
What does it cost to run a box on OurClub?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. There is no second annual bill to find on top of the affiliate fee.
