Tennis club management software

Six courts that the weather can close by teatime, a Saturday junior programme bigger than the club that hosts it, and subs that all fall due in the same fortnight - OurClub collects the money, tells everybody the moment rain takes the courts, and turns an open day into memberships.

  1. 01

Rain takes the courts, not the evening

Call a session off and everyone booked knows within seconds, wherever they are. Put it on Thursday instead and the same people are told again, so nobody drives over to find a padlocked gate.

  2. 02

An open day that ends in memberships

Publish the free taster sessions with their own capacity and let visitors sign themselves up. The family that came on Saturday can be paying members by Monday, without the membership secretary typing them in from a clipboard.

  3. 03

The April renewal, spread over twelve months

Full, off-peak, student and junior each carry their own price, collected monthly by card or Bacs Direct Debit rather than in a single fortnight. The handful that fail are a list on screen, not a gap the treasurer finds in August.

  4. 04

The floodlight fund, in the same checkout

An appeal for floodlights, a resurfacing levy or tickets for finals day sell like anything else in the club shop, next to subs and coaching. The treasurer reconciles one payout instead of four collections.

No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%

Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.

Common questions

Our courts are outdoors. What happens when a session is rained off?

You cancel it and everyone booked is told on their phone within seconds, and told again if you move it to Thursday. Nobody drives over on the strength of a group chat they last read at lunchtime.

Every membership renews in the same fortnight each spring. Can that be handled?

Yes - plans renew on their own dates by card or Bacs Direct Debit, and the ones that have not gone through are a list on screen rather than a spreadsheet somebody reconciles by hand. Full, off-peak, student and junior each carry their own price.

What does it cost for a tennis club?

No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. February, when half the club has not played since October, costs next to nothing.
