Yoga studio management software
Half the room on a class pass and half on a monthly plan, and six teachers who each invoice you for what they taught - OurClub sells the drop-in, holds the pass, and gives every teacher their own timetable and nothing else.

Drop-in, pass or monthly plan
Three ways to pay for the same class in one checkout. A pass is bought once and drawn down as classes are booked, a drop-in is a single payment, and a monthly plan renews by card or Bacs Direct Debit. Nobody has to join to get through the door.

Teachers who also teach somewhere else
A studio timetable is usually six self-employed teachers and a rota. Each signs in to their own classes and takes the register in the room, and when one of them covers Thursday everybody booked is told on their phone.
- 03
The register is the invoice
Every class keeps the teacher who taught it and the number who turned up, so what a teacher bills you for at the end of the month is a figure you read off rather than piece together from a diary.

Beginners’ courses and Saturday workshops
A six-week beginners’ course, a Saturday afternoon workshop or a deposit on a retreat each sell with their own dates, price and capacity, on the same timetable as the weekly classes.
No monthly fee - one all-in rate from 4.25%
Card and transaction fees included. Every feature and the member app in the box.
Common questions
Most of our students buy a class pass. Does that fit?
Yes - a pass is bought once and sits as credit on the student’s account, drawn down each time they book. What is left is on screen for both of you, so nobody is counting stamps on a card.
Our teachers are self-employed. Can they see their own classes and nothing else?
Yes - a teacher signs in to their own timetable and takes the register in the room. Student contact details and notes stay with the managers, and the class-by-class record is what their invoice is built from.
What does it cost for a yoga studio?
No monthly fee - one all-in percentage of what you process, card and transaction fees included. A studio that takes £12 at a time is charged £12 at a time, and nothing at all for the quiet weeks.
